Clinical Physiology Lab

SKS Medical College in SKS International Universityhas Clinical Physiology lab in Physiology Department, provide hands-on experience with physiological measurements and experiments, helping students understand the functioning of the human body in health and disease. During the practical session in Clinical Physiology Lab students learn about Cardiovascular Physiology in which they learn to measur heart rate and blood pressure, Performing and interpreting ECGs, learn the effects of exercise on cardiovascular parameters.Respiratory Physiology in which they learn to conduct spirometry to measure lung volumes and capacities, analyzing the effects of different breathing patterns and conditions on respiratory function. Nervous System Physiology in which they learn to perform reflex tests and studying sensory and motor pathways, learn to use EMG to understand muscle activation and fatigue and many such other activity students learn from our experienced senior professors.
