Virology Lab

In SKS Medical College in SKS International University, we have Virology Lab in a Microbiology Department. It provides students to diagnosisand understanding of viral infections and their impacts on human health. This lab is equipped with specialized tools and facilities to safely handle and analyze viruses. Basic Infrastructure includes work stations, storage, designated sterile area for handling and processing samples to avoid contamination. Safety Equipment includes Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as Lab coats, gloves, and safety goggles, Biological Safety Cabinets, Emergency Equipment like First aid kits, fire extinguishers, and eye wash stations. Major equipment are available in lab such as Microscopes, Incubators, Flow cytometer, ELISA reader, Spectrophotometer, Centrifuges, PCR Machine and many such others etc. Our senior professors provided practical skills and knowledge to our student, which is needed to diagnose& treat viral infections effectively.
